Upcoming: Gary Carsley Solo-Exhibition at the Visual Arts Center, NJ

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey will present its Spring Exhibitions on view through June 14, 2015. The opening reception will be held on Sunday, Feb. 8 , 2014, from 2-4 p.m. and is a free event open to all. The artists will be present to discuss their work at 3 p.m.
Gary Carsley: The Garden of Dr. Con Fabulator (Main Gallery) is a site-specific installation by Australian artist, Gary Carsley, that transforms the Main Gallery into a walled garden. In addition, the exhibition includes silhouettes of garden statues and IKEA furniture covered with adhesive prints of Carsley’s garden imagery. On view through May 31.
Brisbane-born Gary Carsley is an artist and educator based in Sydney.
